Vintage 1960s Saltdean Sussex Souvenir Wall Plaque.A delightful china vintage souvenir wall plate from Saltdean in Sussex England,prior to the county being devided into two halves and dates around the 1960s.The charming plate has a turquoise shade outer rim with Saltdean printed in black lettering at the top and the colours of the map are crisp and bright.This super vintage wall plaque shows the map of Sussex,also several places of historical interest are shown on the plate,including The Royal Pavilion Brighton and the then Crest for Sussex when it was just one county. Sussex was split into two separate counties, East Sussex and West Sussex, in 1974.This pretty Saltdean plaque measures approximately 8.75 ins (22 cms) diameter.This collectable china wall plaque would look fab in your vintage interior designed home or to add to your vintage china wall plaque collection.This is no makers mark,excellent condition.
