This is a realy superb retro vintage salad / dessert plate in a retro chequered pattern with pink wavy stripes on a white background and manufactured by Staffs England. The fab vintage china plate measures approximately 8.5 ins (22 cms) diameter and this funky design evolved from the stark utilty pieces from the war. My aunt had a similar set where all the teacups, tea plates and saucers were of different colours but with this same matching chequered theme for the pattern.This retro dessert / salad plate is ideal for adding that retro vintage look to your interior designed vintage kitchen or to add to your collection of retro china.
