A charming English antique silver plated sugar sifter spoon, dating to circa pre 1930s.This delightful vintage silver plated sugar sifter was made by Lawson & Son - Brighton England,their premises are now known as The The Beach Hotel and Regency Restaurant dating back to 1828, when the restaurant was Lawson & Son's jewellery shop and the hotel known as St. Alban's Hotel.In 1930 Lawson & Son jewellery shop became the Regency Restaurant and ceased trading.This vintage sugar sifter is beautifully crafted and measures appoximately in length 5.5ins (14 cms) and the back stamp reads :A LAW SON EP NS BRIGHTON.This wonderful silver plate sugar sifter only shows minor points of rubbing to the plate,has what appears to be a monogram on the handle,is fully intact,ready to use or display in your delightful vintage interior designed home,lovely condition.
